You’ve probably heard me saying this before, recognizing my top commentator monthly is one of my happiest moments. It’s that special time I set aside to reflect on the buzz and activity on this blog for the last one month. I like to thank each and every one of my visitors, and valued subscribers for making this possible and who have supported my work at home blog .

For those of you who may be new to this blog, as a small gesture of my appreciation, the Top Commentator for each month will be recognized and rewarded with a free one-month 125×125 ad banner on this blog.

This Top Commentator for The Month of January goes to …(drumroll) Ben Pei (again) of PeiProfit. As you might know, Ben was also the top commentator here for December. Actually it comes as no surprise to me as I’ve seen him clinched the top spots at so many other blogs, including the famous John Chow’s. I’m not sure how he did that but he’s probably smiling to himself for this achievement. That probably contributed to his massive inbound links as I did a quick check today and found tons of JC backlinks. Well Ben perhaps one day you can let in on your secret, or is that reserved for your ebook?

Another reason why I’m not surprised in him getting top commentator here is probably because he recently wrote Be A Top Commentator, Do The Right Thing. Obviously if he is advising people how to become a top commentator, naturally he has to become one too. This shows that you do walk the talk, Ben.

Now what do the rest of the Commentators get as a reward? You’ll get a link love from yours truly as a gesture of my appreciation to you for sticking with me and supporting my work at home blog.

This wraps up a pretty busy month of January which saw a few more of my keyword phrases reached page 1 SERP, obtained a high of 142 RSS subscribers, and getting inbound links of 10,000.  Ben as my top commentator, please confirm if you wish to use current banner being shown on my blog.

    I didnt saw that prior comment from Ben, maybe it was awaiting to be moderated. Now that he knows, the real fight may begin, lol.

    Did you know that yesterday I took the first place in Chow´s blog, I can believe I could. One guy seems he saw me and start to comment like crazy until he got tired and leave me in the first place, but it was bvery hard to keep up with that guy, lol.

    Thanks peter for your post about 1200 links with top commentator. It seems all this it is your fault, you gave me the Idea, lol.

    I tried Website-grader but it seems to be some inconsistencies, yesterday I got 422 pages indexed and today I only have 402 or so, did you know if it is like the feedburner widget that it is always deleting a big chunck of your readers and suddenly like magic in a few hours they are all back?

  • @Marketing Business Review: Luis, You're right about the changing numbers. It seems that this site is not behaving as it should. It's not showing up the inbound links too. I'm sure it will be good after a few days. Good job on John Chow's blog. Does his blog reset the top commentator nos. monthly? If yes I might try to put in some comments too. Your good showing is getting me excited.
