Between, I still didn't get the last month banner design prize from Ben, he told me that he was busy and didn't reply me at all. So how can I do now to claim the prize?

First of all congrats to Lee Kahoong. It is very difficult to post valuable comments regularly on a blog.
I am building a blog in make money niche. The day I can get consistent unique visitors per month I will sponsor your top commentor of the month for sure. I think it is a really good idea.

@ Lee Ka Hoong: Lee, this morning I sent Ben a reminder but you should try to follow up with him again – that's what he told me sometime ago to let my winners contact him and it should not be from me. So go ahead and “chase” him. But seeing that it's been 2 months for you this morning I sent him a reminder. Hope that helps. Let me know if he does not “pay” you by the end of this month. I'll have no choice but to take his name out from now. I do have the interest of my commentators to think of.

Yeap, I chased him for 1 month already but he seemed like didn't want to reply me, he just told me that he was busy and didn't reply me anymore even thought I emailed him or left comment in his blog.

I haven't been here for a while, its good that you are doing the prizes for September as a one off prize I will offer a 30 minute consultation for your first prize winner and this is an exclusive prize and it gives an opportunity for the winner to discuss methods to improve their blog.
An example of questions in the consultation would be to: reduce your blogs bounce rate, how to attract more traffic etc.
