If you are hard working and determined focus on a project that will benefit you. You don’t want to be carrying others. (11) Office politics. Are you fed up with the brown nosers getting all the appraisal? They maybe terrible at their job, but as they suck up they are thought higher than you. It is not a way that I would exceed in my career.

(13) Go on holiday when it suits you not your employer. Holidays are your time. You should be allowed to go on holiday when you wish.
