As they say, 'Prevention is better than Cure'. @Kha Ton: Hi Kha Ton, Thanks for your kind words. Actually there is not much technique. Most of the "wow" factor comes from the theme itself. I agree about backing up. I had my whole forum wiped out on my home decorating site…over 300 members…gone !

It just took one determined hacker.
