6-Figure Adsense Publishing-The Advanced Adsense Publisher’s Guide To Making More Money With Less Sites

Free Adsense Course-John “Xfactor’s” Micro Niche Adsense Course Creator

Since my recent posts on Building Micro Niche Websites and Interview with John “Xfactor’s” Micro Niche Adsense Course Creator, I received some requests from readers to show my niche sites or give more details about John’s course. I was deliberating how best to share any information that I’m allowed to do so without infringing upon the consent of not sharing specific information upon purchasing Xfactor’s adsense blueprint.

I finally found the perfect solution and I am now about to share with you here, yeah exclusively on this home business blog. Here is a summary of some of the replies that John gave to people who asked him in a  Warrior Forum thread.  What had originally started of as an adsense discussion turned into a free adsense course:

Start of Free Adsense Course-John “Xfactor’s” Micro Niche Adsense

Q1: Have you changed your template much from what you were using in November?

Xfactor: Yes I have, but not too much. I’ve done a few tweaks but they seem to have made a big difference. I now use very high-quality headers too, and I put my menu on the right side. I’m still keeping 1 Adsense block under the title with all white backgrounds.

Q2:How do you get such high CTR’s ??  Where do you put your ads and could you share with us your template?

Xfactor: Nothing out of the ordinary, like before: 1 Adsense block above the content. The trick is in the niche you select – people who are searching for products and product prices/deals just love to click them. (Peter: take note when you reduce the no. of adsense block on a page, this increases your cost per click on the ads)

Q3: When do you start to put your adsense when you create a new site? Do you use WordPress or static sites?

Xfactor: I put Adsense on new sites immediately. I use Static sites only, Xsitepro (Still using Version 1)

Q4: How many unique visitors do you get on a site on an average?

Xfactor: It varies. Some sites only get about 50 visitors a day or even lesser while others get hundreds. It depends a lot on the niche, the keywords, etc.

Q5: So when you say product you mean like Brand-Productname(modelname) .com or More Broad Product domain name like babyearthermostats..?

Xfactor: Yes I do use brand names but  only on some of my sites, but I do not recommend that as the company can request you to shut your site down.

Q6: What criteria do you use to determine whether you can get your page ranked for your keyword on Google’s first page?

Xfactor: It all depends. But I found using Micro Niche Finder makes it very easy. You have to look at competing sites, search counts and  strength of competition. Sometimes it does not turn out as easy as I had planned, but most times it does.

Q7: What kind of content do you use for the products?

Xfactor: I simply rewrite the product reviews that I find from places selling them like Amazon, product manufacturers, etc.

Q8: Do you use a unique domain name for each of your niche sites, or do you use subdomains?

Xfactor: I prefer using separate domains. That’s very important for the 1 main keyword you are trying to rank. The domain should have this keyword.

Q9: Can you please share with us about your article distribution strategy? You mentioned that you submit 5 articles to 5 directories.

Xfactor: Sometimes I just use 1 article directory, other times 5, sometimes just 2. At rare times, zero. It doesn’t really matter, so long as you find a comfortable way of getting your backlinks. I just prefer writing and submitting articles.

Q10: Will I be able to see any one of your sites.

Xfactor: I will never risk my Adsense account being shut down, so no, I will not show any of my sites for this reason. But it’s just like many other site, nothing fanciful. But… I do make sure my colors and space is used to appeal the ads for the visitors and what they are looking for.

1) I put a quality header. But, some of my sites do not even have a header, just some graphics below a solid color title. Again, this is small stuff, so go for a header.

2) I put my menu on the right side, along with some graphics above.

3) On every page I put a small menu which goes horizontally, in blue links.

4) Below those menu links is my page title.

5) Below the title I put just 1 Adsense block, blue links, gray text, black URL.

5) Then the content.

Q11: I do know of a few CPA tricks you could mix in that would easily make more then what you’re making from adsense. just wondering why you have never used CPA as well?

Xfactor: Because if I do what 99% of all hopeful online marketers do, and lose focus, I’ll be less productive, less focused, and not nearly as confident in my work.

I have a system, which allows me to confidently find niches, put up sites, and increase my income without worrying too much about trying to profit from so many income streams at one time.

Q12: You find a keyword with a SOC (strength of competition) showing GREEN and has a number of 285. Searches are in the 35,000 range. Do you:

A) Jump for joy
B) register a domain with that keyword, build out a quick site, and then jump for joy?

Xfactor: Good question. I actually go for MUCH lower SOC numbers and competition
numbers, then jump for joy :-)

Call me a scardy-cat, but I prefer going for SOC numbers less than 20 and competition number lower than 10,000.

Q13: …..I do get a lot of traffic but don’t seem to cash in just yet. Any advice?

Xfactor: Make sure:

1) your template looks commercial-like, with adsense ads above the fold and your site does not contain many little distraction links placed elsewhere. There is no one way to do this, you just need to experiment with different layouts.

2) Ensure that your keywords are serving up relevant ads, and that they are “buyer” ads. You need of course to do this before you start the niche, by first checking it out at spyfu.com

Q14: What’s your primary aim for writing articles? Is it just to get the backlinks, or do you try and optimize the articles so they bring traffic to you.

Xfactor: 1) NEVER optimize your articles with your keyword you are trying to rank. This is so you won’t have to worry about any article competition and beating your very own site. Just have the keywords in the anchor text.

And yes, I now write articles solely for getting Google’s link-juice only. I don’t do any other backlinking stuff as I don’t enjoy any of them.

2) I really don’t care about getting any affiliate sales on my sites so many of my sites do not contain any affiliate links.

    Thousand thanks Peter!
If I understood right, there are two key issues to niche marketing: to find the profitable niche and to have an effective template, which makes the visitors to click. It is a pity, that we could not see the template, because that would have been really interesting.

@ moonheart009: You may have misunderstood. That was just giving you an example of one site with low traffic like 50 visitors a day (actually that is not low to me). But if you consider his 40+ niche sites together the traffic is quite substantial.

  8. peterlee Says:

@ JuhaniTontti: The template helps a lot but I would say it's the whole package that is important to help you understand. Somehow the way he did it seems so easy and I think it is. Just repeat the process with each niche site you create and that's what I'm doing too.

  9. Mitch Says:

Good stuff, Peter. I assume he likes the menu on the right side so that the first thing visitors see on the left, or top, is the Adsense ad. That's interesting, because it slightly goes against what Joel Comm wrote in Adsense Secrets some time ago. But it's definitely something to consider. Thanks for sharing the interview.

Great interview, Peter. I actually got a copy of Johns course a few weeks ago. I was able to customize the WordPress default kubrick theme to match John's recommended Adsense layout and colors. I'm seeing some promising results with only a couple of blogs changed over. I'll post some details on my blog soon – without giving away any of John's secrets of course. Great adsense course, down to earth too, which I really like.

I use Micro Niche Finder and it is AMAZING! John Xfactor has great info, but like he says it is just a guide. There are dozens (acually 100's) of different ways to build micro sites and make money with adsense. I strongly recommend people reading XFactors thoughts.

    Thanks

  30. Teeth Whitener Says:

While traffic is important, traffic is not the most important determinant with Adsense. The key is whether your site is the end destination of the visitors and they're finding all the information they need and want in your site. Think of a forum or a news site or gossip site — all of these will attract visitors whose main objective is to chat, read news or read gossip. They're not thinking of anything else when going to your site except to go to your site. These types of sites get low CPM, low CTR and consequently, low revenues

Hi Peter! I never know you had this interview with John. That was an interesting interview. I've recently come across some xfactor-esque templates today but the difference was the header had the graphics in it and it looked really clean and nice. I wonder if it is one of john's new templates. Anyhow, great interview!

@Sara: He Sara, Actually I didn't personally interviewed John. I just compiled his answers to the many questions from readers who posted them to him in Warrior Forum. But it does served the same objective isn't it – everyone gets to hear what John has to say about micro niche adsense sites and how to make it work.
