It’s been some time since I last shared my blog income and stats so here it is again. It’s my way of sharing what I’ve done lately and also to keep track of my own income so that I can find new ways to increase my income. I like to think that seeing the stats will give me a sense of achievement and help me plan where I should focus on to improve the numbers going forward ![]()

Oh yeah, I forgot to add that my PR is still PR0 having lost the PR3 this blog had since Apr 09; it didn’t get reinstated. I guess Google hasn’t really forgiven me for offering TLA on this blog even though I’ve removed the script. Well I don’t really care that much since getting search engine ranking is more important than seeing the green bar. PR affects only but 20 percent of it’s calculation, thereabout.

Congratulation Peter! You have nice earning this month, I only able to make $300+ this month as I was busy preparing my semester examination, tomorrow will be my first paper and it goes for 3 days.
Give Google some times, I used to get back my PR in 2-3 months period.
November 1, 2009 at 11:47 am
You have very rightly said that its more important to get ranked in SERPs then to get the Green PR Bar. Pr is only one of the 200 factors that Google considers to rank pages in its SERPs. Anyway I think you had a decent earnings and hope you'll get back your PR soon too.
November 1, 2009 at 11:52 am
@ Lee – I'm too in the “Make Money Online” niche as you're. Recently I have got a Pr increase from 1 to 2. My SERP positions for related keywords have also improved. Hope I'll atleast be able to earn a few bucks the coming month. Your earnings are quiet decent compared to my standards. Wish you – Best of luck for your exams. I'll soon contact you to receive my prize for being the top commentator on this Peter's blog.

@ Lee Ka Hoong: Thanks Lee, good luck on your exams (hey I thought you already graduated?)
November 1, 2009 at 5:33 pm
@ Make money online: Thanks. Yeah PR is good to have but SERP is more important as that determines your traffic which is the lifeblood of our business.
November 1, 2009 at 5:35 pm
@ Deneil Merritt: Good to see you here. Yes I'm sure you'll get more than $500 per month as I've seen you achieved $1000 before.

November 2, 2009 at 6:48 am
The existence of ads on a blog site does NOT mean the blogger is receiving income–the site probably is–so I need a knowledgeable response with support for the claim the site is free AND allows the blogger to earn the income. Google's adsense is money for THEM not bloggers from what I can see.

November 2, 2009 at 2:25 pm
Money is made by the blogger through Google Adsense ads when visitors click on the ads. The blogger earns a cost per click for each ad that is clicked on.
I think you're confusing it with Google's Adwords program.

I agree with you on page rank. I have seen page rank 2 sites reach the top of google for some of the most competetive keywords on the internet.
November 4, 2009 at 12:33 am
Great report, Peter. I haven't gotten my PR back yet either, but visits are still holding okay so I'm not going to worry about it all that much either. Keep it up; I love having something to shoot for. lol

Congratulation Peter! You have nice earning this month, I am still waiting for my first dollor.
November 5, 2009 at 3:12 am
Peter best of luck for this month I hope you will double income in this month.
November 5, 2009 at 8:18 am
$542 is a nice figure for just one blog site!
Make more of this and you just might double the figure, although it doesn't always follow that you'd be earning the same or as much if you have more than one blog. Plus updating more than 1 blog could be really time consuming. What is even more demanding is when your product is a service and at the same time you have to SEO and blog for “fresh” contents on the website. Ahhh the one-man-show… hehe

Sir I want to change my blogspot blog to custom domain, so If I change my blog to custom domain what will happen to my PR and SERP rank?
November 10, 2009 at 5:39 am
Many people reported loss of PR while doing this although some people managed to transfer the Googlejuice to their new host via a real 301 redirect but it could be tricky. You may have to do some research on how you can do this correctly. Just Google it.

I started to get income from doing commissions and then I started to post my url link as well on my different works. It definitely increased traffic on my site (and I got more people to have me do commissions too).

Another 3 years to go, hope it can be ended soon..

No worry, just work harder. Instead of going for MMO niche, it's recommended to go for other niche too, MMO niche is too common and won't be making you rich.
Contact me anytime for the prize.

Everybody wants to make extra income, especially when you can do it at the comfort of your own home.
The only way that I can see possible for people to be making part time income would be through the Internet.
I know six first steps to make part time income.
