This is my Link Love-Links Round Up No.21 and this week I decided to look at how blog advertising can help online business opportunities in the aspect of blog monetization, organic search engine ranking. These 5 posts focus on pay per click advertising, ad banners, text link ads, things which every blogger who is into making money blogging will be learning about at some point in time.

If you’re looking around to find out how to make money blogging, I hope you’ve found some good ideas in these posts. But remember nothing happens overnight. It may take you some time to see the money, but if you don’t start your work now, nothing happens. So start to make money on your blog TODAY!

  • As with any type of advertising. Go slow, specially when buying links. Quality is key.
  • Creating ad banners are one of my best blogging advertising. Really nice resourceful list you have here.
  • Internet marketing is really a great way of promoting a website. I found good results when I started internet marketing my website.
  • This post gave us a major Brainstorm session of all the possibilities we can utilize on our blog.
  • I have spent some money on PPC in the past and what I have learned is that I was not ready for it. Or rather I did not have a mentor that could help me setup a profitable campaign. I will definately look into PPC in the future, as well as other text ads that could give me backlinks but in the mean time I am just looking for a steady income using blog postings and I am working on listing dofollow blogs on my one webblog in different catagories.

    Once that is up from the ground I may venture a few dollars towards PPC but this time I will make sure to use a paid program or tool like PPC Kahuna or SE Nuke that is said to help you with making your PPC campaigns successful.

  • @Gert Hough:PPC can make some people lose an arm and a leg if they're not careful. For me I'd prefer to use free organic traffic, because such traffic lasts forever. Thanks for the visit.

  • Nice set of articles the Link tricking is a pretty cunning technique that would seem innocent enough unless you know that people are using it to get free links.

  • Nice list peter! Between, I had read the post in Dailyblogtips and garryconn, very nice tips. I had sold a few banner ads in my blog too. Most of them use banner ads company and pay them commission for searching advertiser, I just don't want to waste the commission, so I look for advertiser myself or advertisers step in themselves. :)

  • So you are talking people that directly buy a space from you correct. Instead of google or other network ads which I am not a fan off.
  • Thanks for the helpful links. I also did a recent article on SEO vs. PPC and the cost savings and conversion rates are through the roof for SEO. It does everyone a bit of good by at least learning the basics.

    The one I do love it were the one from Daniel. I am actually selling ads on my site, using OIO as you do and it works fine. But as Daniel stated it is time consuming trying to find more advertisers.
