Whether it&#39;s in the algorithm or not, it just works out that way. They usually do have high PR, and since they&#39;re education and government sites, why wouldn&#39;t Google trust them? &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Seems to be cut and dry to me, but of course I can understand Matt&#39;s response to that. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;That&#39;s mighty nice of you to trust people with a packet like that. Just hope they don&#39;t abuse the privilege and spam the sites and ruin it for everyone.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#39;ll happily take a packet when you get a chance. ;)</description>
