The time frame is for a two week period and these are the results:

Craigslist = 4ads, 30 - 50 views each, 6 sales (that is just under 1/2 the amount of sales I get from free SE traffic)

USFreeAds = 2 ads, 37 views, 2 sales (I probably could have done better but not knowing the possible ROI I didn't sign up for the $10 option where I could have posted unlimited ads)

8 sales total equaling $280 isn't bad considering I just learned this method thanks to this blog and that's on top of my regular two week total of $480 from free SE traffic.

Paul

Peter since you didn't answer I did what I do best and that's try it out for myself. Are you using these methods to drive traffic to your blog? Can you tell us how you are doing it, give a few examples and tell us what you have found from experience doesn't work? Thank you.

Medical Billing and Transcription Mastermind

Peter I have heard about using Craigslist, USFreeads and if I am not mistaken Yahoo Classifieds but I have heard from others that the results do not warrant the amount of time and effort that goes into posting the ads in the first place.
